Tuacahn’s ‘Christmas in the Canyon,’ is one of the must-do’s in St. George during this Christmas season. You could spend the whole evening whisked away by the grandeur of holiday cheer. It is presented every Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening from the beginning of December through December 23, 2016. There is no admission charge to visit Tuacahn and enjoy & experience Christmas in the Canyon. It’s a magical way to celebrate with family and friends.
There are so many wonderful festivities: Christmas lights, music, toasty fires, holiday gifts, and hot chocolate, & other delicious treats in the plaza. Whether young or old, there is something for everyone!
- Live Nativity 7 & 8 p.m.
- Holiday train ride on the Old Salty Train provided by Ruby’s Inn.
- Santa Claus from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
- Open fire
The Live Nativity is a special way to enjoy the story of the birth of the Christ child told through acting and music. You will also be delighted with live camels and other animals as you sit and enjoy the spirit of the season. It is presented in the amphitheater at two separate times- 7:00 pm & 8:00 pm. It’s very affordable at $2.oo per person or $15.00 per family.
